We had a fantastic stay at the Puigcerda Park Hotel. The public areas were spacious and beautifully designed, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, quiet, and offered fine views. We enjoyed relaxing in the modern lounge/bar and indulging in the delicious dinner and breakfast buffet. Despite being located outside of town, a quick drive easily took us into the vibrant center of Puigcerda. we highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, amenities, and great dining options.

We have passed this hotel on several occasions previously and are really glad we got the opportunity to stay this time, if only for one night. The room was clean, comfortable, with a balcony looking on to the Pyrennes. The gardens were beautifully kept. There were several lounging areas, a bar and a lovely restaurant. The evening menu gave plenty choice and the food was excellent. The buffet breakfast, too, was excellent with a wide variety of choice and even bacon and eggs1 An endless supply of tea and coffee via an appliance providing boiling water.
There was nothing to dislike. It just seemed a pity there weren't more people there at this particular time to enjoy what was on offer.

We booked this hotel online at the last minute & were very pleasantly surprised..A Big comfortable awesome room with an amazing view and a private terrace of its own..We were greeted by very welcoming staff who were really helpful.. Very clean & did I mention the awesome views and apart from being up a bit of a walk up hill (which almost every good place is on Mykonos) I would highly recommend this hotel and will most definitly come back to stay again....Cheers Vicki & Warwick Humphries from nz

the view to the mountains breakfast was very good, with salmon and assortment of cheese
the food was excellent, specially the breakfast, but the principle of menu set for lunch and dinner is strange. I would have preferred half menu or possibility to choose one of the specialties dish without paying for the menu.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, and I was wowed by the stunning mountains view from my balcony. The breakfast was delicious, with a touch of local ingredients that left me craving for more. Hosting a dinner for 30 people was a breeze, as the food was jaw-droppingly delicious and the service was top-notch. The hotel's location, away from the bustling city center, was perfect for me. I loved the peaceful surroundings and the chance to soak in the beauty of nature. The hotel's facilities, including the pool, playground, and sports courts, provided endless entertainment options. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV and reliable Wi-Fi. The on-site spa and wellness center were heavenly, offering massages and Turkish baths that left me feeling rejuvenated. The bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind and enjoy a drink, and the restaurant served incredible meals. The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable and made me feel right at home. I can't wait to return for another stay at this amazing hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel on the outskirts of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable with a small balcony overlooking the grounds. It was great to have air conditioning for free, especially during the summer heat. The hotel also had a nice breakfast spread with a variety of breads to choose from. The location was convenient as it was close to the highway, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
No improvement needed, everything was fine to me.

The view from the balcony onto the mountains was stunning - the best 'from your room' vista from anywhere that I have stayed. Evening meal and breakfast were both good. Just a shame that I wasn't there longer to try out the pool etc. I would recommend the hotel.
Room was too hot, though with the door to the balcony open it was okay... in fairness since I was only there for the one night I did not have chance to mention this to the hotel staff (who I found were friendly and helpful).

We used this hotel purely as a stop over on a long journey
Some of the staff members at reception were unhelpful, their attitude was one of indifference. They did not appear to be used to english guests and we were unable to obtain an a la carte menu in english.

The hotel facilities were excellent with a nice lounge/bar and restaurant. the hotel location on the outskirts of the city gave us beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. parking was easy to find, and transportation was convenient as it was near the highway. Lastly, the staff was cute and accommodating, and breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Parking
The fact that all the tables by the window at breakfast timewere reserved for some important clients of the hotel, also, the waiters attitude.

The rooms are quiet and clean, and have nice views. The hotel was modern and they have a nice lounge/bar and restaurant downstairs. They have an upscale dinner and a full buffet breakfast which was included with my room.
I didn't eat at the restaurant because there were two screaming babies there that night, and the wait staff kept slamming the door to the kitchen, made it very annoying. The location is out of the main Puigcerda town - but a quick drive would get you into town.
